Operated by the City of Albany, the centre presents an inviting, modern experience with interactive displays, a wealth of printed maps and pamphlets, and souvenirs for sale.

The Albany Visitor Centre is located at 221 York Street, near the Albany Public Library, Albany Town Hall and Town Square. Open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm, and weekends and public holidays 10am to 2pm, the friendly and knowledgeable staff can assist with all your travel enquiries.
